Note: The lower king suite can be locked off and the house can be rented as a 3 bedroom for $5740/wk* ($3,900/wk off season).

Rates

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is re-rented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance.
