IN SEASON RATE:         $6,440/wk* (Dec 15 — April 21)

OFF SEASON RATE:     $4,400/wk (April 22 — Dec 14)

Note: The lower king suite can be locked off and the house can be rented as a 3 bedroom for $5740/wk* ($3,900/wk off season).

* Christmas, New Year's, President's and Spring Break weeks, add $900

Return guests are allowed early booking privileges and may be eligible to use Sunset Vista's SUV.

Resevation book for fist time guests opens about 9 months ahead.

Reservation Payment

DEPOSIT:    50% DUE UPON RESERVATION

BALANCE:   50% DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

SECURITY DEPOSIT:   A $1000 security deposit may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is re-rented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance.
